Attendance Group Analysis Reports

Please find attached two reports for School Attendance Group Analysis, one for Primary and one for Secondary. You can see from the screenshot below how the report will be output, also details below of how to import the downloaded report.

Importing the Report

Remember when you download the report you cannot OPEN it, you can only import it in to SIMS to run.

• Save the report on a drive that you can access.
• In SIMS go to Reports|Import
• Click on the OPEN icon and navigate to the folder where you have saved the report.
• Double click on it.
• Click on Import

The report will then be available to run in the Student folder Reports |Run report
